1. Acceptance

By accessing or using GetHistAI ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is currently in closed beta and access is granted at our sole discretion.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. The Service is not available in jurisdictions where prohibited by law.

3. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account. You are liable for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer the Service; (b) use automated scripts to access the Service outside the official agent; (c) attempt to access other users' data; (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of GetHistAI, Inc. Your data remains yours. We claim no ownership over content you upload or generate through the Service.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. During the beta period, features may change or be removed without notice. We will notify active users of material changes when feasible.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetHistAI, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the application settings. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
